Common questions.
What counts as a capture?
One on-site scan of one apartment or floor plan, delivered as its own tour.
What is the furnished + empty bundle?
Your staged or model unit, furnished, and an empty unit of the same floor plan. They are two real captures, delivered as two tours, for $750 instead of $1,000 for two separate captures. The $1,500 minimum per property per visit still applies.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the property and how many floor plans we capture. We confirm delivery timing in your written quote, before any visit.
Can you scan occupied units?
We recommend vacant or model units. If a unit is occupied, we need the resident’s permission and a tidy room, and personal items will be visible in the tour.
How accurate are the measurements?
Measurements come from the LiDAR mesh, not the photoreal imagery. They’re approximate: good for planning, not a survey. Confirm critical dimensions on site.
Do you remove furniture with AI?
No. An empty tour is a real capture of an empty unit, which is why the bundle is two captures. Any AI-edited image on this site is labelled. The furniture preview in the sample tour is a preview: sizes are approximate and it doesn’t check fit.
Can we embed the tour on our website?
Yes. Every tour comes with a link and embed code for your site.
What happens after 90 days?
Hosting continues at $99 per property per month; we confirm terms in your quote.
